We are in the dog days of summer, and it’s hot! The last thing you want to do while you’re sleeping is break a sweat. In fact, a number of studies show that staying cool while you sleep helps you to sleep better. So, how can you stay cool while you sleep in the middle of the summer?
Ceiling fans can certainly help you stay cool while you sleep. However, they can dry out your skin and leave you with a sore throat in the morning. If you do want to use a fan, put it on a lower setting and/or direct the fan away from your face.
